Best Western Plus Mansfield Inn & Suites

We stayed from February 11-18, 2025. Our room was clean with everything we could have wanted. Included was a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Both hosts we encountered were very helpful. Our night hostess even directed us how to order supper our first night at the hotel. The bottles of soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner mounted on the wall resulted in much less waste than the tiny sample size toiletries. I hope Best Western continue with them, but it would me nice if they used unscented products. We ate breakfast 6 mornings and each morning the hot food was very delicious and warm. I really enjoyed the waffle maker, especially the flavored waffles. The yogurt in the dispenser was really good and again saved on many little containers ending up in landfills. I have stayed at this hotel many times since 2014 when visiting family in Kennedale and have always had a wonderful stay. Thank you for the welcoming place to stay at Best Western Mansfield.

The front desk hospitality staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Star went above and beyond to assist us with our room selection and she was extremely helpful when the TV remote wouldn't work. We had a very pleasant stay.

I found this hotel to be clean, quiet, comfortable and very well situated on the map for my need. I was on the back side of the hotel so I didn't experience road noise from the highway that some others have reported. Luck of the draw, I guess. The rooms were good, self adjusted temperature control, comfy and clean bed and room. Served my needs perfectly. I don't usually do hotel breakfast or amenities outside the room so I can't report on those. I you need a secure, clean and comfortable place to sleep while you're visiting, this is a great choice.

I came down to Texas from Ny to help my 90yr old mom. I stayed in this hotel for over a week. Service is excellent. Rooms are clean. Good morning breakfast. And Edward at the front desk went above and beyond to allow a longer stay. He is the kindest front desk person I have met during my travel. He's a keeper.

This was such a nice hotel. Access is extremely convenient and there are tons of very close food, grocery, and drugstore options. The room was spacious, clean and quiet (except for road noise from 287) But you will have that anytime you stay at a hotel next to a huge highway. The parking lot was well lit and it felt safe, important as a solo female traveler. I stayed for three nights and had only pleasant interactions with staff. Everything worked, everything was clean, breakfast options were robust and there was plenty of food available. Really this was one of the better hotels I have stayed at at this price point. I would absolutely recommend, and will stay here again when business brings me up that way.

Everything was clean, staff was great! Slightly disappointed that the Hot tub was cold the last night there.

I have been here before and it is still decent and safe. Clean and provides a hot breakfast. Our room was big and had all the things you would expect. We got all the extra towels we asked for.

We enjoyed our stay. The continental breakfast was good but Beth was the best. She was courteous and smiled with every interaction. That woman needs a raise!!
